GP Engine Instructions

If you’re building a serious giant-scale aircraft, you don’t want “enough” power—you want authority. The GP230 is a 230cc twin-cylinder gasoline engine made for pilots who love big airframes, big props, and that unmistakable twin-cylinder presence on the flightline.
With 23 horsepower and a wide 1200–6700 RPM operating range, the GP230 is built to pull hard off the runway, hold strong through big manoeuvres, and keep the power delivery feeling confident and usable—not peaky and fussy. Fueling is simple and familiar: 92 unleaded with a 40:1 gas/oil mix.
This is the kind of engine that turns a great airframe into a “don’t blink” moment on takeoff.
Why pilots will want the GP230
  • Twin-cylinder power delivery for a strong, planted feel
  • 23HP output for true giant-scale performance

  • Proven hardware: Walbro WB-27 carburetor + NGK CM-6 spark plug
